2nd up today were our Over 60's hosting Horsham FC.
With several players missing they were up against a competitive side in Horsham but yet again our Blacks dominated from the start though missed 7 or 8 chances to score with shots whistling past post or straight at Keeper. The Blacks had a lot of the ball but couldn't turn their domination into goals so it was 0-0 at half time.
Into 2nd half and the Blacks continued to rue missed chances until Mark Ellis, lurking at back post hammered home the first goal of the game. 1-0.
The goal seemed to settle the Blacks who were now passing ball around very confidently and up stepped Mark Ellis to score his second goal of the game with a cracker. 2-0.
With Neil Flockton all over pitch and Peter Knee holding ball up nicely it was another killer ball this time by Danny Dunk and Neil duly obliged, thumping the ball into the Corner...3-0.
Horsham couldn't get any foothold on the game and with Andy Benn marshaling everything from defence the Blacks finished the game with their 4th clean sheet on the trot.
